The plant arrived in beautiful and healthy condition. My sole complaint concerns the pre-order email inquiry I made regarding the Hoya Compacta aka Hoya Hindu Rope XXL 6in with multiple plants. Specifically, I asked whether all arms would trail and requested a rough estimate of their length. The response I received indicated that the vines were 2-4 ft long, with approximately 5-7 vines per pot. However, upon arrival, I found that the vines did not meet the specified length, although the pot did contain 5-7 vines. Despite this, the plant is lovely and reasonably priced.
Upon arrival the Hoya looked fantastic with three nice little plants packed perfectly, but with a week two of the three plants have died. I’m so bummed! I’ve reached out twice to the company with no response.
