Refund policy

At Prime Plants California, we take pride in delivering healthy and vibrant houseplants to our valued customers. We understand that sometimes concerns may arise after your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction, we have implemented the following return policy:

Live Arrival Guarantee: We guarantee that your houseplants will arrive alive and in good condition. If, for any reason, your plant does not survive the journey to your doorstep, please contact us immediately within 24 hrs after arrival and please return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return and a full refund, your houseplant must meet the following criteria:

  1. You must notify us of the issue within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  2. The houseplant must be returned in the same condition as it was received, including the original pot. Please take unpacking videos and pictures. 
  3. Any damage caused by the customer, such as overwatering, neglect, or exposure to extreme temperatures without buying winter protection with order, will not be eligible for a refund.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team within 24 hrs of receiving your order to report any issues or request a return.
  2. Our team will guide you through the return process, including providing you with a return shipping label, if necessary.
  3. Carefully package the houseplant in its original packaging and return it to us within the timeframe specified by our customer support team(7 Days after delivery)
  4. Once we receive the returned houseplant in ORIGINAL CONDITION IT WAS RECEIVED and verify its eligibility for a refund, we will process your refund within [X] business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Non-Refundable Items: Please note that shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable. Additionally, any customized or personalized plant arrangements are non-refundable unless there is a quality issue or damage during transit.

Damaged During Transit: If your houseplant arrives damaged during transit, please contact us immediately with clear photos of the damaged plant and packaging. We will work with you to provide a replacement or a refund as necessary.
